Payment Methods
Purchases may be paid for either by Direct Balance Transfer or Paypal. All prices will be shown in your selected currency. You accept that some banks may charge you an additional fee for international transactions.
Delivery
Delivery charges will vary depending on the destination. If you order goods from the site for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and request you contact your local customs office for further information before playing your order. We we not be liable for any extra charges incurred due to import duties and taxes.
Returns
The customer will have 7 days from the date of receiving the order to cancel or ask for a refund, by notifying Invoco Amor in writing. Any refund given will be deposited in to the customers Invoco Amor account. No cash refund will be given.
Items must have been treated with reasonable care during the period in which an item can be cancelled. The customer will be responsible for the cost of delivery for returning the purchased item.
Certain exceptions do apply where items are personalised or custom-made. You do not have the right to cancel or receive a refund. However if the cancellation is received before work commences, Invoco Amor will agree to cancel your order. Please read section ‘Personalised Word Art’ for more information.

Gift Vouchers
By purchasing/redeeming a Gift Voucher you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
www.invocoamor.net Gift Vouchers may be redeemed towards the purchase of any items featured on the website.
Gift vouchers will be dispatched by email to the designated email account as soon as payment for the gift voucher has been cleared. The emailed Gift Voucher will be downloadable as a PDF. It is the responsibility of the purchaser of the Gift Voucher to ensure that the delivery email address is entered correctly. We will not be responsible for the incorrect delivery of gift vouchers and therefore request that you check for errors prior to purchase. When redeeming a Gift Voucher the unique code stated on the Gift Voucher will need to be entered at the checkout.
If the goods purchased total more than the Gift Voucher, the balance must be paid by Direct Bank Transfer or Paypal when the Gift Voucher is redeemed.
If the goods purchased total less than the Gift Voucher, the balance will be held against your account on www.invocoamor.net.
Gift Vouchers can not purchase other Gift Vouchers. They are non refundable and not for resale. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers will expire within one year of the date of dispatch.
Personalised Word Art
When creating personalised word art, you are responsible for the correct input and spelling of the information you are providing. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes or errors you have entered when choosing your personalised design.
We require your email address in order to send proof of your design. It is your responsibility to check the email address provided is entered correctly. We can not be responsible for the incorrect delivery of your proof if the email address you have provided is incorrect.
Once the design is made, it will be sent to you as a ‘proof’ to the email address you have provided. We request that you agree to the design before the order is dispatched to you. Having agreed through email that the design is correct there will be no grounds for return regarding design, layout or colour.
Certain exceptions regarding the return/refund of personalised items do apply if the cancellation is received before work commences, Invoco Amor will agree to cancel your order and issue you with a refund to your Invoco Amor account.
